Offset Module (Add-on Module to PrintPoint Deluxe)
PrintPoint's offset module provides the tools you need for quick and efficient turnaround of jobs printed on offset equipment. Handling all size presses and papers, and various run methods including sheetwise, work and turn, work and tumble, bookets, lots, cutouts and layouts, the offset module can do it all.
Copy Module (Add-on Module to PrintPoint Deluxe)
PrintPoint’s Copy – Digital Module provides the tools you need for quick and efficient turnaround of digital jobs, scanned jobs, and black and white and color copies – the Demand Print marketplace. Simplify short-run and walk-in jobs – reduce time spent on estimating and pricing! Completely, seamlessly integrated within PrintPoint.
Large Format (Add-on Module to PrintPoint Deluxe)
PrintPoint’s Large Format Module allows you to be competitive in the Large and Wide Format marketplace. Calculate prices based on coverage or on your own pricing tables – you can even setup custom pricing tables for specific customers! Integrated within PrintPoint - use built-in estimates, quote letters, and job tickets, or design your own!
PrintPoint Mobile (Add-on Module to PrintPoint Deluxe)
Available with PrintPoint Deluxe for an additional charge. Allows you to do "estimating only" from a laptop or computer and then import the information to the main computer. Ideal for sales people on the road. Can be used on a single platform (Mac or Windows only) or cross-platform.
PrintPoint Multi-User and Cross-Platform
Available with PrintPoint Deluxe for an additional charge. Using state-of-the-art Client/Server network technology, you can run PrintPoint on 2 to 100 workstations so users on a network can perform their duties throughout the day. Available as either all Macintosh or Windows network as well as cross-platform for both operating systems. PrintPoint's multi-user version requires a dedicated server running Mac OS X, Mac OS 9.2.2 or Windows 2000 and XP. Cross Platform allows you to use Mac and Windows computers on the same network.
Scheduling - Visual Job Board
Available as an add-on to PrintPoint Deluxe Multi-User for an additional charge. Using a gantt chart-style interface you can optimize the scheduling of your offset presses, large format devices, digital presses, and even the Pre-Press and Bindery tasks. You can quickly and easily see and re-arrange how your devices and tasks will be completed through the day, allowing you to get a better feel for the best way to utilize your resources and time.
Fulfillment
Available as an add-on to PrintPoint Deluxe Multi-User for an additional charge. PrintPoint's fulfillment module allows you to easily keep shipping regularly ordered products that you keep on hand for customer by tracking the inventory and making sure the stock levels are re-supplied when needed and alerting the appropriate people when attention is needed. PrintPoint makes it easy to place the order, move the inventory to shipment, re-order the supplies so you're ready for the next time, and create the Job to assemble and ship the order to the customer.
Web2Print Storefront
Available as an add-on to PrintPoint Deluxe Multi-User for an additional charge. Create a customized storefront for each of your customers to order products that you regularly produce for them, as well as stock products you create for all your customers. They can even use their storefront to create new custom orders they would like you to do. Seemlessly integrated with PrintPoint, the Estimate and Job are automatically created when the order is placed and the account manager is alerted to the new order so the customer can be contacted for any additional information that might be needed to complete the Job.
PrintPoint Job Costing & Data Collection
Available as an add-on to PrintPoint Deluxe Multi-User for an additional charge. Collect data with Direct Keyboard Entry, Barcode Readers or Barcode/Keyboard combined. Collect labor and materials on a job on a real time basis.
